Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in the 49s Lucky Picks ("the Game") operated by 49spicks.co.za ("us," "we," "our").

By participating in the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Participants must be legal residents of South Africa.

By participating, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.

2. How to Participate

• Participation is free.
• Users can submit one (1) entry per day, linked to their email address.
• Entries exceeding the daily limit per email address will be disqualified.

3. Prizes

Participants have the chance to win Takealot vouchers based on correct predictions:

• Match 3 Balls: R250 Takealot Voucher
• Match 4 Balls: R500 Takealot Voucher
• Match 5 Balls: R1,000 Takealot Voucher

Prizes will be issued via email within seven (7) days from the date of the winning draw.

4. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via their registered email address on the same day as the winning draw. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the provided email address is correct and accessible.

5. Claiming Prizes

• Prizes are delivered automatically via email as a digital voucher (Takealot voucher code).
• There is no time limit to redeem vouchers; however, Takealot’s own voucher terms and expiry dates apply once received.

6. User Data and Privacy

• We collect your email address solely for:
  • Magic Link login purposes.
  • Sending results via email (only if you've explicitly opted in).
• Your information will not be shared, sold, or used for any unrelated marketing purposes.

7. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game, these Terms, or any prize structure at any time without prior notice.

8. General Restrictions

• Entries generated by automated means or fraudulent methods are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
• We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to disqualify any participant found violating these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, users agree to release and hold harmless 49spicks.co.za, its operators, affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Game or acceptance of prizes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
